Last night we were at a friend’s house having dinner and Addison was playing with her best friend Addy Laurel. I just happened to overhear Addy L. begin showing Addison that she knew how to speak some Spanish. Now I know our Addison doesn’t know Spanish. And I know Addison knows that she doesn’t know Spanish, so I wanted to see where this conversation was going. Undaunted by her lack of knowledge of the Spanish language, and never one not to provide some input into a conversation, she waited patiently as Addy L. began counting in Spanish. “uno, dos, tres…” Addison Grace saw her opportunity. “Tracey? Yeah, I know Tracey. And I know Judy, and I know Ingrid, and I know Miss Denise…”
Lesson learned: when the conversation turns to something you don’t know a thing about, wait for your opportunity and turn it to something you do know about.

hilarious! She's too cute! It seems like parenthood just keeps getting better, doesn't it? :) xx
She is the funniest little girl. Robert and I have decided that we are going to start putting more of her funny stories up on the blog
